Fruit Hut Privacy Policy

Fruit Hut is made by Kinetic Flux, LLC. The short version: Fruit Hut does not collect your data. There is no long version hiding anything, but here are the details.

Data we collect

None. Fruit Hut has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect information. The game plays fully offline and never transmits anything about you. The one time it uses the network at all is when you open the tip jar, which asks Apple or Google what the tip amounts cost in your currency. See Purchases below.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (cash, inventory, day number, settings) is saved in a file on your device, inside the app's private storage. If you ever leave a tip, a count of how many you have left is saved in a second file beside it. Both stay there. Deleting the app deletes them. We never see either.

Purchases

Fruit Hut shows no ads and the whole game is free. It contains one optional in-app purchase: a tip jar on the About screen, with three amounts you can leave if you want to. A tip buys nothing in the game. No currency, no unlocks, no content, and nothing is withheld from you if you never open it.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your name, your card, or your billing details, and we are not told who tipped. The only record is the private count on your own device described above.

Children

Fruit Hut is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children.

App store platforms

If you install Fruit Hut through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may collect information as part of operating their stores (such as crash reports or install statistics) under their own privacy policies. That collection is governed by Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy, not this one.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Fruit Hut ever changes what data is handled, this policy will be updated first, the effective date above will change, and the change will be described here in plain language.
